Any claim for property damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and supported by reasonable evidence. One Cleaner reserves the right to inspect and investigate all claims before determining responsibility.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, branding, text, graphics, and materials associated with One Cleaner are the property of One Cleaner and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it responsibly.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if a customer violates these Terms, engages in abusive conduct, or creates unsafe working conditions.
